NG scoring:Nolan Hodge led the NG Nighthawks with 17 points, while Emmanuel Elliot and Jackson Helms added 10 points each for Northern….

Game Notes:Nolan Hodge is the son of Derek Hodge, the assistant coach to Bill Chambers with the Northern Guilford varsity boys team….Northern Guilford girls had one of the more impressive warmups sessions I have see in a long time…Strong three-girl weave, good work on layup lines and the coach was throwing stretch passes to girls on some give-and-goes and they were later able to use those lead passes in the game for more offensive output…NG girls were able to catch that lead pass on the run-out up court and then covert the layups, or layins….
Nice afternoon/early evening for basketball over at Mendenhall Middle School and good efforts today from all of the teams involved and I think I spotted Grayson Holland in the stands today, seated with the Northern Guilford Middle student section….

  4. SE Guilford Girls & Boys Doubleheader @ Asheboro will be play on February 1st at Same Site & Same Times

  5. Watched kiser boys today and when i say thats the most unsrlfish group of kids ive seen in a while. I truly honest think they could beat these lower level high school varsity teams lol im joking but these kids can ball and my son plays for a county school

  6. i had to comment on what fan said. it’s so true from what i have seen. its hard to say one stands out over the other because of how they distribute the ball. spencer stood out this week, but then next week it may be shaw, etc, when all the while they ALL are playing phenomenal. just an amazing group of young men it sounds like.
