Bishop McGuinness traveled to South Stokes on Friday night and battled through a heated game. After a tight 1st quarter the Villains let South get out to a lead until storming back in the 4th. Led by CJ Cappuccio’s 21 points Bishop cut the lead to 4 and had a crucial 3 pointer waived off with under 3 minutes to play. Ryan Moon had a great offensive night adding 13 points and controlling the floor from the point. The Villains are in the midst of one of the toughest stretches in the state and will face Winston Salem Prep twice next week (Monday and Friday) with Mt. Airy at home on Tuesday.
