Randy Norris(Dudley HS) named Winston-Salem State Baseball MVP and WSSU Athlete of the Year for 2017-2018(WS Journal’s John Dell on Randy Norris now avail.)

Randy Norris Jr., a junior baseball player at Winston-Salem State University, has been named the WSSU Rams’ Most Valuable Baseball Player for 2018 and Randy Norris has also been named the Athlete of the Year at Winston-Salem State University for 2017-2018…..

Norris is currently batting .449 with 4 HR’s and 21 runs driven in/RBI, plus he has scored 47 runs and gone 30-34 in Stolen Bases….

Randy Norris has the school record for hits and for stolen bases in a season….

Congrats to Randy Norris Jr. on these honors and we still remember him back when he was over at High Point Andrews and then on to Dudley High School and even back in his days in the Greensboro Colt Baseball program and he sure has come a long way since then…..
