Southern Alamance Patriots Varsity defeated SW Randolph 6-5 on Thursday thanks to a walk-off single. The game was tied at five with Southern Alamance Patriots Varsity batting in the bottom of the ninth when Shayli Martin singled on a 3-2 count, scoring one run.

SW Randolph scored three runs in the first inning, but Southern Alamance Patriots Varsity still managed to pull out the victory. SW Randolph scored its runs on a home run by Samantha Lagrama.
