**********Thursday Game Report from Red Wings website:**********
The Red Wings lost Thursday night’s divisional matchup against Randolph County by a score of 3-1.

Randolph County scored three runs in the first three innings on an error, a double, and a sacrifice fly. Bryce Amoriello entered the game in the fourth inning and threw three no-hit innings in relief, striking out two and walking only one.

Offensively, Post 53 was kept in check for the first four innings as Randolph County starter Bryce Marsh went 4.1 no-hit innings before Devin Bartley doubled to deep left-center field. Bartley’s double started what looked to be a comeback as the Red Wings collected five hits over the last three innings. Among others collecting hits were Jaylen Guy, Braxton King, Ruben Santos, and Steven Dallas. Santos (1-3, RBI) drove in the only run for the Red Wings in the fifth inning.

The loss drops Greensboro to 3-5 overall and 1-3 in the Division, but they hope to bounce back on June 18. The team will take some time off for graduations and will begin a stretch of eight games over twelve days, all coming against Northern Division opponents.
