GAME NOTES:
–Northwest Guilford and Summerville High School faced off in a hard fought battle tonight. The Vikings got off to an early lead in the first half and put pressure on the Green Wave. Northwest attacked from the inside in addition to hitting timely threes early. The two teams continued back and forth throughout the first half and went into the break with a Vikings lead of 22-19. The second half proved to be even more physical between the two teams as Summerville made a late run to go ahead. Northwest tied the game up with 2 minutes left to play but ultimately fell short. The final score was 51-43 in Summerville’s favor.

–Dean Reiber led the Vikings with 18 points and 8 rebounds. Christian Hampton had 10 points while Brandon Thomas and Shaq Marsh had 4 points a piece. Johnny Pagano had 3 points. Robbie Boulton and Landry Garris both had 2 points respectively.
–Summerville was led by Mazyck with 22 points. Dunn had 11 points while Larry and Gregory had 5 points respectively. Banks and Shabazz each had 3 points. Ravanell had 2 points.
