Former N.C. State and Eastern Guilford HS wide receiver Torry Holt was named to the College Football Hall of Fame this week, and while Holt was posting 1,000 yards and 100-reception receiving seasons with N.C. State, he went on to do the same thing in the NFL, with the St. Louis Rams…

He had great college and professional football careers, and he did pretty well down at Eastern Guilford High School too…

Torry Holt did so well with the Eastern Guilford Wildcats, the N.C. State Wolfpack and the St. Louis Rams, that we just learned this week, that Torry Holt has his own trophy case, at Eastern Guilford High School…

The Torry Holt trophy case is in the foyer, when walk into the front of the Eastern Guilford High School main school building, and it contains an old #81 N.C. State football jersey, some footballs Holt caught while at N.C. State and Eastern Guilford, and several more items that are all about Torry Holt and his high school, college and professional football history…

Pretty good piece of football history, when you have your own trophy case, huh………
