Fall Wells Fargo Conference Cup Standings 2018-19:Page and Northern Guilford have claimed First Place in their Conference Standings

**********Here is how our local Guilford County teams stack up in the Wells Fargo Conference Cup Standings, for the Fall sports seasons, of 2018….**********

Metro 4A: Page is in first place after the fall sports season with championships in women’s tennis, women’s golf, men’s cross country and football along with a tied first-place finish in volleyball. In second place is Northwest Guilford with championships in men’s soccer and women’s cross country along with a tied first-place finish in volleyball and second-place finishes in women’s tennis and men’s cross country. Conference Standings: Page 30.5, Northwest Guilford 27.5, Grimsley 22, Ragsdale 15, High Point Central 10.

Mid-State Athletic 3A: Northern Guilford is the frontrunner after the fall sports season thanks to championships in women’s tennis, men’s and women’s cross country and men’s soccer. Eastern Alamance is in second place with second-place finishes in women’s tennis, women’s cross country and football. Western Alamance is in third place with a football championship, a second-place finish in men’s cross country and a third-place finish in volleyball. Conference Standings: Northern Guilford 127, Eastern Alamance 119, Western Alamance 115, Rockingham County 107, Person 106, McMichael 105, Morehead 98, Northeast Guilford 79.

Mid Piedmont 3A: After the fall sports season, Southern Alamance is in first place thanks to championships in women’s golf, men’s cross country and volleyball. In second place is Southeast Guilford with championships in football and women’s cross country. In third place is Asheboro with a tied first-place finish in men’s soccer and second-place finishes in women’s tennis and volleyball. Conference Standings: Southern Alamance 40.5, Southeast Guilford 34, Asheboro 31, Southwestern Randolph 30.5, Williams 27, Eastern Guilford 18.5, Southern Guilford 8.5.

Piedmont Triad 3A: Mount Tabor is in first place after the fall sports season thanks to championships in football, men’s soccer, men’s and women’s cross country and women’s tennis. In second place is Southwest Guilford with second-place finishes in volleyball, men’s and women’s cross country and women’s tennis. Parkland is in third place with second-place finishes in football and men’s soccer along with third-place finishes in men’s and women’s cross country. Conference Standings: Mount Tabor 32, Southwest Guilford 24, Parkland 19, Western Guilford 18, Dudley 10.5, North Forsyth 9, Ben L. Smith 6.5.

PAC 7 2A: Wheatmore is the conference leader after the fall sports season thanks to championships in volleyball and men’s soccer along with second-place finishes in football, women’s tennis and men’s cross country. In second place is Randleman with championships in football and men’s and women’s cross country and a second-place finish in volleyball. Providence Grove is in third place with a second-place finish in women’s cross country and third-place finishes in women’s tennis and men’s cross country. Conference Standings: Wheatmore 35.5, Randleman 33, Providence Grove 26, Eastern Randolph 23, Jordan-Matthews 21, Trinity 19, T.W. Andrews 5.
