Bishop McGuinness was on the road for the second straight night to start the season. The villains found themselves in a scrappy matchup with Oak Level Baptist early on. Bishop picked up the pace for a strong second quarter and continued to distance themselves from the Conquerors. The Villains were led by sophomore Dawson McAlhany’s 18 points as senior Jake Ledbetter added 16 and junior Seth Williams had his first career double digit scoring night in a varsity uniform with 13.

Bishop McGuinness will be back in action on a neutral site this coming Friday night at Salem Baptist (Winston-Salem, NC) to face Union Grove Christian in the Salem Baptist Thanksgiving Invitational. Tip-off slated for 6:00pm.
