CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The ninth-ranked and unbeaten NC State women’s basketball team (12-0, 1-0 ACC) kicked off conference play on Sunday afternoon by defeating Boston College 72-54 at the Conte Forum.

The Wolfpack’s key post player, Elissa Cunane(Northern Guilford High School), was there helping to lead the way for N.C. State, with 12 points and 10 rebounds for her seventh double-double of the season.

Thorough 12 games for the N.C. State women in the current 2019-2020 season, Elissa Cunane, that former Northern Guilford Nighthawk, leads the Wolfpack women in scoring with 15.9 ppg and she is also the Pack’s top rebounder, at 10.6 rebounds per contest…..

NC State returns home to open the 2020 calendar year against Virginia Tech on Thursday, Jan. 2. Tip-off between the Wolfpack and the Hokies is scheduled for 7 p.m. from Reynolds Coliseum, and the game will be broadcast live on ACCNX.
