  1. One of the big reasons Smith won last night at Dudley, and one of the reasons that the Golden Eagles have had success this season is point guard Khalid Hinds…

He has showed he has the ability to penetrate and he breaks down the opposing defenses and he finds his open teammates and last night if they were covered up, Hinds did the scoring himself…

Hinds can dish and Hinds can score and how far/deep Smith can go this season depends on far Hinds can carry this Smith team…

Hinds is the piston(maybe more like the spark plug), that gets the Smith engine running…

Excellent job again last night on the boards by Nick McMullen and Silas Mason, along with support from Juwelz Hargrove and Jordan Williams…

Smith cleaned up the glass, especially on the defensive end, and if you aren’t giving the opposing team second and third chances, there is a very good chance, you are going to win the ball game…

Smith was tough on those boards/rebounds last night and it was McMullen and Mason leading the way, with support from Hargrove and Williams….

Smith has as chance to make another deep run this year/season, and it will be fun to see how long they can make the run go…..Mount Tabor(13-0) looks to be one of the tougher foes for Smith, in the Piedmont Triad 3-A Conference….

One of the best times of the year, to be able to sit back and look at and talk about some high school hoops/basketball…..
