Nighthawks with the BIG win over the Vikings….
Northern Guilford now (6-1). Next game is at Southwest Guilford on Jan. 27th.

CLICK BELOW and check out our interview we did after the game with Coach Mike Davis from Northern Guilford Middle School…Some very good comments from the Nighthawks’ head coach about his team’s win tonight/this afternoon….Interview with Coach Davis ready for you now….Quite a few NG players on the coach’s mind…

Northern Guilford boys scoring:Jordan Williams 18 points, Juregen 8 points, Ayden Johnson 7 points, Whitt 4 points, 8th grade Newkirk 8 points, 7th grade Newkirk 2 points….
Northwest Guilford scoring: Bell 9 points, Tanner Ballou 6 points, Johnson 4 points, Cross 3 points, Debow 3 points…..

Great game from the boys game with Jordan Williams scoring on drives like his life depended on it and he was getting some great entry passes as he entered the lane, and Coach Davis talks about that above…NWG was tough on the boards, but NG battled, even after losing their big man, the 8th grade Newkirk…Tight defense early in this game, with hands and feet flying all over the place…Very heavy defense from both teams and very hard to score early…Typified by the first quarter score of 4-1…

Two of the most fun players to watch today were little Ayden Johnson from the NG boys team and little Olivia Bayer from the NG girls team…They were pretty much the two smallest players on the court today, but they were so exciting to watch play…

Again, a great crowd today at NWG Middle School and we will be over at the Northwest Guilford High School tomorrow night for NWG VS. Page….
