Pirates were led by Reagan Maynard’s double double with 23 points, 11 rebounds, 6 assists and 3 blocks. Leilla Hamoud scored a career high 18 points, Kirah Lineberry chipped in 8 points and had 4 steals. Amiyah Martin drew 3 charges, scored 4 points and had 6 rebounds .

Back and forth game with Brooke Becker knocking down a key jumper to push the Pirate lead to 6 with 90 seconds to go and Reagan Maynard made some key free throws late to help the Pirates hold on.

Grimsley was led by Jordan Holmes 18 points and Destoine Tisdale’s 13 points.
