Game Report on Northwest Guilford-Page Boys Basketball:NWG Vikings pick up key Metro 4-A win at Mac Morris Gym with Hampton, Reiber, and Boulton going double-digits

GAME NOTES:
–Northwest Guilford and Page faced off in a Tuesday night battle at Page. The first half was a back and forth battle as both teams fought tooth and nail for rebounds, deflections and loose balls. The Vikings would go into the half up 39-35. In the third quarter the Vikings would clamp down defensively only giving Page 11 points and the Vikings would extend their lead and ultimately continue to stretch it out in the fourth quarter. The Vikings would go on to win 80-66.

–Christian Hampton led all scorers with 24 points and he also had 6 rebounds. Dean Reiber had a double-double in this one with 19 points and 10 rebounds while also having 2 blocks. Robbie Boulton added 11 points and 4 assists, Josh Humphrey had 9 points, Brandon Thomas had 7 points and 5 assists, Jackson Hartzell had 5 points, Drew Watkins had 3 points while Khari Carson had 2 points.
