GAME NOTES:
–Northwest Guilford and Page faced off in a Saturday conference championship battle. The game was a tight game heading into the second quarter but Northwest would gain some separation and enter halftime up 35-24. The second half was controlled by the Vikings and Northwest would extend its lead off excellent ball decisions through sharing the ball and getting great offensive looks. Northwest would win the Metro 4-A championship 74-60.
–Dean Reiber would lead all scorers today with 32 points and he also had 7 rebounds. Chris Hampton added a double-double scoring 21 points and having 10 rebounds and 4 assists. Drew Watkins had 7 points, Robbie Boulton had 5 points, 5 assists and 5 rebounds, Brandon Thomas had 4 points and 7 assists, Connor Ballou had 3 points and Josh Humphrey had 2 points.

Amen to pretty much all that you have said…The kid is one elite package of basketball in not a very big frame, but he can get up there with the best ones that have ever come through the county…..I have contacted college coaches on his behalf, but if they don’t get back with me and then contact him, it is their loss…
