Abourjilie Named USA South Men’s Lacrosse Player of the Week

GREENSBORO, N.C. – Greensboro College’s Austin Abourjilie was named USA South Men’s Lacrosse Player of the Week, the conference office announced Monday.
Abourjilie, a sophomore attackmen from Greensboro, N.C., accumulated eight points on seven goals and one assist in a 1-1 week for the Pride last week. In addition, Abourjilie also picked up two ground balls.
In Greensboro’s 14-11 victory at Ferrum, Abourjilie notched six goals and one assist before striking for one goal in a loss to Hampden-Sydney on Saturday.
