Carolina Cobras Re-Sign DB Kenny Veal

The Carolina Cobras announce they have re-signed DB Kenny Veal for the 2020 Season.

Kenny Veal (6’ 0” 195, Toledo), always the ball hawk, Veal had six interceptions, two fumbles and 119 total tackles while playing for Toledo. Since college he has played for both Nashville Venom, Wichita Falls Nighthawks and Green Bay Blizzard of the IFL. Last year for the Cobras in just six games in the regular season Veal had 11 tackles, three interceptions and five passes defended.

Veal said, “Hey Cobra Nation, it’s me, your team captain Kenny Veal, returning for a second year! We have unfinished business! I’m excited to reunite with some of my fellow teammates and last, but not least, the Cobra Nation once again for this upcoming 2020 season. So, let’s pack out the Snake Pit. The Snake Pit is nothing without its Ninth Man, so let’s go Cobra Nation!!! See you guys at the game!!”

The Carolina Cobras have also announced the release of Micah Robinson and Jordan Mosely.
