Recap: The Blue Devils have done it again. Duke looked right at home Sunday in the Greensboro Coliseum as the Devils once again took the ACC Championship with a 78-76 victory over Boston College. Tournament MVP J.J. Redick lead the way for Duke, scoring 26 points and hit a pair of critical three pointers in the clutch. Sheldon Williams added 18 for the Blue Devils.

Duke built a 10 point second half lead but Boston College wouldn’t go away quietly. The Eagles fought back to set up a thrilling final mnute of play. After Sheldon Williams hit two pressure packed free throws to give Duke a 4 point lead, BC quickly responded. Louis Hinnant’s three pointer with just over 4 seconds left cut the Duke lead to 1. After a timeout, the Eagles fouled freshman Greg Paulus. Paulus made one of two and gave BC one final chance at a win. Hinnant attempted another three point shot, this time from about 50 feet out, that was just off the mark as the horn sounded, giving Duke the win.

With the win, Duke secures a number 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament and a return trip to Greensboro later in the week.
