Will Michael Vick be under center for the Falcons this Fall?

Atlanta Falcons and former Virginia Tech quarterback Michael Vick was indicted on dog fighting charges Tuesday. The NFL star is part of an 18 page federal indictment alleging that Vick and three others ran a dog-fight ring up in Surry County, Virginia.

The reports say that the dog-fight operation was so complex that the dogs either died in the dog-fight pit or they would be electrocuted, drowned, hanged, or shot.

Vick and his fellow “Bad Newz Kennels” partners housed and trained the dogs prior to the fights at the Vick property in Surry County. Vick and his buddies could face up to six years in prison and $350,000 in fines if convicted.

The Atlanta Falcons start training camp one week from today(July 25) and Michael should be in camp but if Mike is conVickted of the charges will he be the QB for the Falcons when the regular season gets under way in September.
