I caught this in YES Weekly – a note about a Triad Flag Football group….
The organization is based in Charlotte, but it appears as if they are branching out to Winston-Salem. They’ve got several versions of play: 4-On-4 up to 8-On-8, Youth League, Arena-style. Team fees are in the $200-$300 range. Game days appear to be on Saturdays.
It appears to be a bit more organized that the weekend pick-up games held in Greensboro; but not as organized as the youth teams. Of anybody has any more info. Let us know.

The Greensboro Parks and Recreation Department : Spring Flag Football
This non-traditional sport is offered on Sunday afternoons beginning in late February at Greensboro’s Hester Park. Teams participate in at least eight games during the spring months. This program is for adults ages 18 & older, limited to the first 12 teams paid and registered.

The YMCA’s also offer Adult Flag Football in the Fall.

We play in a 7 on 7 league locally….I bet an 8 on 8 league would be fun! I don’t know about a 4 on 4 league though…..that’s like arena football, but even tougher to cover! lol.
I’m looking for a flag football team to play on until i head back to school this summer. I’m trying to keep myself sharp for summer camp. I can play anywhere on defense. I have D1 experience playing Safety, Linebacker and D End. I received scholarships in high school to play WR. I have good speed and lateral movement.
