If I were a betting man…..

Well last week I at least finished on the happy side of .500 as the 3-2 mark leaves me 54-76-4 for the season.

This week I see

Buffalo +5 ½ at Cleveland: The Browns have been the feel good story of 2007 but it has been the Bills who have flown under the radar. The Bills don’t do anything great, they just hang, look for this to be one of their typical affairs.

Seattle -7 ½ at Carolina: The Panthers are just putrid, not that Seattle will have much to play for as they are pretty much already slated for the 3rd seed but they will still want to stay sharp. The Panthers on the other hand are about as sharp as a butter knife.

S.F. +8 vs. Cincinnati: Two teams going nowhere, but bad as the Niners have been I still think they will come ready to play this week.

Washington-NYG under 36: The Skins looked better with Todd Collins at QB, but this will be a poor spot for him to perform. In fact don’t look for a lot of points to be scored as there is a distinct possibility that there will be heavy snow and high winds Sunday evening in the New York vicinity.

And on MNF…

Chicago +10 at Minnesota: The Bears are just about done for 2007, but they can still play the role of spoiler and someone is going to slow down Adrian Peterson, might as well be the Monsters of the Midway.
