Guilford College Athletics Update

Guilford’s Ben Strong is one of 65 students selected to play in the Collegiate Basketball Invitational Tournament April 24-25 in Wadsworth, Ohio. The tournament is comprised of students from NCAA Division II, Division III and NAIA schools. The students are divided into eight, eight-member teams that play a round-robin tournament. A 20-member all-star team will be selected at the conclusion of the tournament and the all-stars will play a game to be televised by ESPNU. Follow the link below for the full release:

The Quakers’ baseball team dropped a 10-0 decision at Methodist University Thursday night. Joe John had two of the Quakers’ four hits and Alex Pecevich fanned five in his college starting debut.
