INDIANAPOLIS— The NCAA has announced the teams and individuals selected to participate in the 2008 NCAA Division III Men’s Golf Championships. Greensboro College’s Josh Cumming (Wilton, CT/Wilton) was picked as one of the five individuals to the event.
The championships will be held May 13-16, at the Chateau Elan Resort in Braselton, Georgia. The championships will be co-hosted by Emory University and the Gwinnett Sports Commission.
Cumming, a junior, earned USA South first team all-conference accolades. He led GC with 74.5 stroke average. Cumming has 2 top-5 and 6 top-10 individual finishes this year. He also had a hole-in-one at the Jekyll Island event.
