Allen Branch Named Strength and Conditioning Coach at Veritas Sports Academy
American Martial Arts System founder, Allen Branch, has been named Strength and Conditioning Coach at Veritas Sports Academy. Branch is a Certified Sports and Conditioning Specialist training athletes for football, basketball, baseball, submission wrestling, boxing, kickboxing and mixed martial arts.
“Allen comes to us with high credentials having trained under legendary kick boxing champion Joe Lewis who was a direct student of Bruce Lee†states Jim Beck, Sports Information Director at the school.
In addition to being named 2002 Trainer of the Year, Branch has a 6th degree Black Belt in kickboxing and holds Black Belts in four styles of martial arts. At Veritas his training program will be designed to help each athlete reach their genetic potential in speed, strength, flexibility and timing through a year-round monitoring of their progress with set goals and objectives for each athlete.
