1. 8.5 points or more per game
2. 7.5 rebounds or more
3. 2.0 blocks or more
4. 1.0 steals
5. 2.0 assists

Anna Freeman Sr. East Davidson: Led team to State Championship and was State Player of the Year. First Team All Conference, Conference Player of Year, First Team All Region, First Team All State. Has the work ethic and maturity to lead team to back to back championships. Colleges are waiting in line for her decision. Will go high major but probably would have greater success at the mid major level. A four tier player. 16 ppg, 10 rebounds, 2 blocks, 2 assts.

Erin Thompson Sr. Bishop McGuiness: The Virginia signee has already secured her spot at an ACC school. Was First Team All Area, State Player of the Year, Conference Player of the Year. Does a great job of leading her team to State Championships which has become the norm. Has some nice moves around the basket. Should have an awesome senior year as she prepares for the next level. A four tier player. 14.4 ppg, 12.6 rebounds, 3.1 blks, 2.0 assists.

Ja Mia Pollock Sr.Parkland: Probably has the best upside at the next level than Anna Freeman and Erin Thompson. Her shot blocking ability is what seperates her. First Team All Conference, First Team All Winston Salem Area. Her agressiveness and range allows her to change games. If the discipline is in tact and it certainly looks that way, look for major colleges from all over to want her signature on the dotted line. Definately a high major college prospect. A four tier player: 13.9 ppg, 10.2 rebounds, 5.8 blocks, 1.1 assts.

Jasmin Cromatie Sr. Parkland: Plays the center and forward position and help to create a dominating force along with teammate Ja Mia. First Team All Conference and All Winston Salem. Has a nice touch on the perieter and knows how to finish. Will be one of the forces that take Parkland deep in to the playoffs. A mid to high major prospect. A three tier player that must learn how to pass out of the double team to increase her assist average. 15.7 ppg, 12 rebounds, 1.6 blocks, .2 assists.

Lisa Archie Ragsdale Sr. All star potential who came in to play after January. Has ability that would make colleges drool if the total commitment to excellence was there. If she decides that nothing will stand in her way this year on or off the court, she could leap frog to the top of the center position. Averaged 9.3 ppg, 8.9 rebounds, 3.5 blocks per game in the ten that she played in. She should easily be a double-double perfomer with the right motivation. Major Colleges will take a wait and see approach. While low major division one to division two or junior colleges will jump at the opportunity to sign her. It is all in her hands. A three tier player

The Sleepers:

Khadeja Wilkerson Freshmen, Dudley: Has not played a game for the Panthers yet but has a major upside coming out of junior high and her performances at the AAU level for the Greensboro Galaxy. Has probably at this stage one of the better turn around left hand shots than any of the accomplished areas centers. Still growing and once the maturity and a little better understanding of the game, she will be one of the areas best. Her stock shot up after a successful tour at the AAU Nationals this year in helping to lead the Galaxy squad to the Division One Classic Championship runner up position. She was a key member on their National Championship Division Two Team in 2007. During the AAU season she averaged 6.8 ppg, 7 rebounds, 1.26 bpg.

Jentilla Street Sr. Smith: Great rebounder who does a good job of positioning. Did an outstanding job against Dudley at the little four tournament. Had many double digit rebounds during the year. She is another one of those players that if she really got committed she would move way up on the charts. Has the ability to be a double-double player in the 13 points and 10 rebound category. This will be a very interesting year for her. If she does the things in the way she has been trained to do them, colleges will be knocking on her door. A division two to low major prospect for now. Three tier player.

Shannon Buchanon soph. Southwest: A very agressive player who will continue to get better as she gets more experience. She will become one of their key players this year and in the years to come. Had a great AAU season and looks like she is ready for a great year. She should be in the range of 10 points and 8 rebounds or more this year. Better conditioning is going to be a key factor. A two tier player for now and a division two or three prospect.
