Like crying after the milk has spilt or horses left the barn, the National Association of Broadcasters is getting a little upset now that ESPN has grabbed the National College Football Bowl Championship from broadcast networks. A little late guys.
Sports has been moving to pay services for several years, how’d you think they could afford all those BIG salaries. FREE TV almost means low salaries because over-the-air broadcasters can no longer afford to pay the licensing fees demanded by professional sports franchises.
It’s over; plus when February 17, 2009 rolls around, you won’t find many people watching TV for free anymore.
