Canes look to finish Series Tonight in Boston

The Carolina Hurricanes hold a 3-1 advantage in their best of seven Eastern Conference semifinal series with the Boston Bruins as the scene shifts back to Beantown tonight for Game Five.

The winner of this series will meet in the winner of the Washington-Pittsburgh series in the Eastern Conference Finals. Pittsburgh holds a 3-2 series lead in their match-up with the Caps.

The Canes are gunning for a third appearance in the Stanley Cup Finals this decade but first must take care of business in the Eastern Conference. The Bruins had the Eastern Conference’s best record in the regular season so the Hurricanes know that in the unpredictable world of playoff hockey, Boston can turn this series around if they let up.

The puck drops at 7:30 pm and the game can be seen on Versus (HD).
