This morning’s question involves the team back when they got started as the Charlotte Hornets. And as you know by now, they moved on and today they call themselves, the New Orleans Hornets.

When the franchise was first awarded to the Charlotte market, the fans voted on a nickname and it wasn’t Hornets. In the beginning what did the fans vote to call the team????? Later the name was changed to Hornets, before they even suited up for their very first game.
