WWE star Randy Orton is facing a court hearing after allegedly spitting gum in the face of a juvenile fan in the Boston area, according to Wickedlocal.com. The 15 year-old fan told police that Orton reacted angrily to a request for a photo outside Kowloon Restaurant.
The fan claims he took a photograph of Orton in the parking lot and then asked him to pose for another. He alleges that Orton spat his gum at him and called him a derogatory name. When the boy’s mother approached Orton, he allegedly responded, “So sue me.”
