Statistically speaking: It was only 84 combined at-bats during his pro debut, but one thing seems fairly certain: Myers likes being involved in the game. In 44 at-bats as a catcher, he hit .477/.510/.841 with nine extra-base hits. In 40 ABs as a DH, however, he picked up just 10 hits (.250/.340/.500), though half of all his hits went for extra-bases.
