  1. Too bad Josh couldn’t get in on a package deal like Keenan did with Cal, despite his similar talent level.

Catawba, dude. Your star will shine, sooner than later.

  2. I was really surprized that Josh did not get a Division I full ride offer. He is Eastern Guilford’s first three time all state football player (to my knowledge). He is a great talent which showed against schools like Eastern Alamance, Burlington Williams and other play-off teams. His best position is probaly corner. His senior year coaches did not throw his direction at all. I hope college football works out for him.

My son played with Keenan Allen growing up and Josh does not have the size that many coaches may want (5’10” may 170 lbs.), but he is very fast with the ball and has great anticipation in coverage. I wish him the best.

  3. It is unbeleivable for a player of his caliber to not have a full scholarship to a d-1 school yet.

  4. Just goes to show you how important it is to have someone in your corner. Not someone looking to reap benefits. Heard great things about this kid, and if his talent level is where people say it is, then he will get his. The cream always rises to the top!
