The women’s game vs. CNU is at 5:30 on Friday. The men follow. On Saturday, the women tip at 4 and the men at 6 p.m. (NOTE TIME CHANGES). Saturday will also be senor day and recognition will take place prior to each game.

The cancer awareness are in conjunction with the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association’s (WBCA) “Pink Zone” and the USA South Conference. This program is a global, unified effort for the WBCA’s nation of coaches to assist in raising breast cancer awareness on the court, across campuses, in communities and beyond. The USA South’s participation in the “Pink Zone” initiative includes all ten women’s basketball teams, along with many of the men’s programs, and takes place on February 12-21. The Conference has supplied each team with pink shoelaces to be worn during each game throughout the week.

“The USA South is proud to support and promote an initiative that touches the lives of so many people,” stated Rita Wiggs, USA South Athletic Conference Commissioner. “Our hope is to make a difference in breast cancer awareness support and research.”
