Dudley 28 Ragsdale 20 game went to OVERTIME!!!!!!!!! where the panther pups pulled it out… this game was a classic.lol two very talented teams going at it… lets hope the varsity game is just as good
you’re right on witness. I only saw the end, Ragsdale trailing 20-12 but they scored on a Brandon Walker TD catch with no time left then got the two point conversion to force OT. Very exciting end.
No doubt the varsity game tomorrow will be just as good.

Page played an outstanding game against a tough and large Davie County team. Passing game was on all night long and defense shut Davie County down in the second half. Looks like a great start to the season. GoPirates!!

#42 Harding was running hard all night as was #32 Powell and #30 K. Scott for the Vikings. Looks like NW will have 3 really good JV RB’s again this year.
We got our money’s worth at this game . A back and forth battle all night

Davie 12
It was 12-12 at the half. Davie’s QB and WR, i think they are brothers.. both have the last name Martin, anyways.. those 2 are going to be pretty good. QB looks to be about 6’1 and the WR looks about 6’3. They exploited a match up with one of our shorter DBs. Page had 3 or 4 INTs though, and really sealed the game with the defensive secondary. Davie really couldn’t stop Page’s passing attack at all. Soph. QB Jordan Putnam had about 200 yards passing and 3 TD passes, if I can remember correctly.
After the JV game last night, Pursley will probably go back and redo the N’east schedule to get Northern back on it!!!! LOL.
Northern’s team looked young and smaller in comparison to NE, but maybe because they didn’t play a lot of varsity players. I believe quite a few of those boys will be playing tonight.
One kid on Northern seemed to have to do it all. Their QB got hurt and they had a back up go in. The back up also played defense and punted !
