Greensboro College is 17th, the highest in program history, in the D3hoops.com poll that was released today.
The Pride (16-0, 10-0 USA South), which defeated #5 CNU 65-61 on Sunday, moved up from 25 last week. The highest ranking a GC women’s basketball team achieved previously was 18th in the 2008-09 season.
The WBCA/USA Today poll will be released on Tuesday. The Pride was 21st in its poll last week.
