A lot of the prep schools have scholarship money and are looking for quality Student/Athletes. The opportunity is there if you are willing to leave home and deal with the cold weather..We have been contacted by two schools in the Patriot League already; the extra year of academics and weight training will have him better prepared for the rigors of balancing the ball and the books once he goes to college. I only wish that I had known about it earlier. I would at least have let him do 2 years of prep school.
