The North Carolina Gaters won their second game of pool play by the score of 55-45
over the Texas Dream Team (Houston, TX) in the 12& Under AAU National basketball
championship. John Newman led the Gaters with 11 points and 9 rebounds. Brian
Williams added 10 points, Reggie Davis had 8 points and Jaquar Moorman and Tyeren
Melton had 7 points apiece. The Gaters complete pool play on Friday as they take on
the Hoop Squad from Lake Charles, Louisiana at 1:20 PM.
