More commitments for the 2011 Wyndham Championship at Sedgefield Country Club

GREENSBORO, N.C. – Camilo Villegas, Trevor Immelman, Steve Marino, Ben
Curtis and Chad Campbell have joined the Wyndham Championship field, it was
announced today. The 72nd annual Wyndham Championship presented by BB&T is
set for Aug, 15-21 at Sedgefield Country Club in Greensboro, N.C.

These players join a field that already includes world No. 16 Paul Casey,
world No. 17 Ian Poulter, world No. 18 Kyung-Tae Kim, world No. 19 David
Toms, 2009 U.S. Open champion Lucas Glover, Webb Simpson, Bill Haas, 2008
champion Carl Pettersson, three-time major winner Vijay Singh, two-time
major winner Angel Cabrera, 2007 champion Brandt Snedeker, 1997 British Open
winner Justin Leonard, Charles Howell III, Louis Oosthuizen, Anthony Kim,
two-time Wyndham winners Rocco Mediate and Davis Love III, Boo Weekley,
Stuart Appleby, John Daly, Kyle Stanley, Tommy “two gloves” Gainey and
defending champion Arjun Atwal.

Villegas is currently No. 125 in the FedExCup point standings; following the
Wyndham Championship, the top-125 players in the FedExCup point standings
advance into the playoffs. Villegas has made 10 cuts in 20 tournaments this
year; he finished third at the FedEx St. Jude classic in Memphis for his
best finish of the season. He has one previous Wyndham Championship
appearance; he missed the cut here in 2006. A native of Columbia, he has
three PGA TOUR wins in addition to two international victories. In 2008, he
won the final two FedExCup playoff events to finish third in FedExCup
points.

Immelman won the Masters in 2008 and the Western Open in 2006. He also has
six international wins in addition to the 2003 World Golf Championships
World Cup which he won with Rory Sabbatini. A native of South Africa,
Immelman has made 12 cuts in 17 PGA TOUR events this season; he is 101st in
the current FedExCup point standings. Immelman finished tied for 53rd in
last year’s Wyndham Championship, his first appearance here.

Marino is 31st in the current FedExCup point standings and 72nd in the
official world golf rankings. The University of Virginia alumnus has two
runner-up finishes among his 12 made cuts in 18 events this season. This
year’s tournament will be Marino’s fifth consecutive Wyndham Championship
appearance. His best finished tied for 10th in 2009 for his best finish
here.

Curtis won the 2003 British Open among his three PGA TOUR wins. He is 131st
in the current FedExCup point standings, and this year’s tournament will
mark his third Wyndham Championship appearance. Campbell is making his
fourth Wyndham appearance. His best finish came in 2002 when he tied for
third. A four-time PGA TOUR winner, Campbell is 72nd in the FedExCup point
standings.

Players have until 5 p.m. tomorrow afternoon or 30 minutes after they
complete second-round play in the PGA Championship to commit to the Wyndham
field. In addition, they may withdraw from the field any time prior to the
commitment deadline or after the PGA Championship if they feel their
performance in the season’s final major changed their FedExCup standing.
