The attorneys for former University of North Carolina football coach Butch Davis are saying that the information in Davis’ phone records is no longer relevant…..As in relevant to the UNC Football Investigation conducted by the NCAA……
I’d be curious to hear what Butch Davis is saying and according to Erin Summers and WRALSportsFan.com, this what the former Tar Heel football coach is saying:
“During the past year, I have been interviewed by representatives of the NCAA and the University, and had my deposition taken by attorney from the North Carolina Secretary of State’s office. None of them found an impropriety on my part.”
