GAME NOTES:
-After overcoming a sluggish 1st quarter, Northwest used a 32-17 run in the 2nd quarter to secure a 90-48 victory versus Parkland in the 1st round of the Piedmont-Triad 4-A Conference Tournament.
-Hunter Clary and Nick Powell led the Northwest effort with 19 points apiece. Matt Pawlowski also contributed 10 assists and 4 steals for the Vikings.
-A. Seemion and J. Thomas led the Mustangs as they scored 13 and 10 points respectively.
-The Vikings will advance to the Semi-finals on Thursday versus the winner of the Southwest-Ragsdale game.
We believe that our Northwest Guilford girls are going to win this tournament when we face Southwest Guilford in the final. Munson and Harper are ready! BRING IT ON SISTERS!
