Guilford College’s women’s basketball team begins its third NCAA Tournament appearance by traveling to Danville, Ky., to face Centre College at 7 p.m. (ET) on Friday. The Quakers enter the national tournament with a 22-6 record and will take on a Centre team that is 24-3. Ninth-ranked Washington University in St. Louis (20-5) makes its 23rd straight NCAA Tournament appearance and takes on Ferrum College (23-5) at 5 p.m. (ET) on Friday. The two winners of Friday’s first-round games will square off at 5 p.m. (ET) on Saturday with a spot in the NCAA Sectional semifinal round on the line.
