LP:Jaylin Davis….For NEG Davis was 1-3 with a HR and that was his second of the season..Cole Wyrick was 1-3 with a Double and Tyler Mericka got the start tonight for NEG and Jaylin Davis came on in relief of Mericka….

  1. There needs to be one new rule implemented in the state of of NC, maybe even the country. The rule should be that The father of Glenn’s Coach Fowler never be allowed to attend a high school baseball game again. He is obnoxious, disrespectful and never stops bumping his gums. Even the Glenn fans cannot stand him. Shut up and watch the game or stay in your retirement home where others might believe you actually know baseball. Sincerely, everyone.

    I want to point out something to you as if you werent already aware of this. Your coverage of games is very biased and unprofessional. If you werent aware, to play baseball you must have two teams to participate. However your coverage would only indicate that there was only one team playing. I realize this is Greensboro Sports and you are centered on the Greensboro teams, but you have nationwide coverage being on the internet. You should show respect to each team that plays in a game by covering them with professionalism and with an unbiased opinion.
    Glenn had a player get hurt during this game from being hit in the head with a pitch, had this been one of the favorites you like to cover, you would have had an entire board about the health of that player (I have seen you do it). Glenn played an EXCELLENT game on Saturday and you gave them not one mention except that they scored 11 runs. I dont believe this to be professional journalism, the previous posting was about respect, there is different types of respect and your coverage is very disrespectful of the kids on both teams if you dont report accurately from both sides.
    There record is 4 and 2, not 3 and 2.

Got the info from one of my NEG reps and they didn’t have the scorebook with them…..Most of the coaches, I call, unless I am at the games and I can’t be at them all…I was out there every night Monday-Friday last week….I thought I was doing a lot, but maybe not……Seems like something is better than nothing, but they may be an oversighted evaluation…..

    Send us your post-game info to andy@greenboropsports.com and it will get printed every time….Would love to get you guys on the site every game night…..We’re just looking get more info every day….Send it our way….People can’t see it if you don’t send and then it becomes your fault and not my fault….I thought the Glenn record was (2-2) going in with losses to WES and NWG….If they have a third win, it may have been one that they picked up on Friday night…..SWG over NWG, Ragsdale defeated East Forsyth and I guess it was Glenn over HP Central for that third win and if so, we missed that one on the Friday night to Saturday night conversion…..We work like under-cover agents for the Guilford County School System, but we want to cover many of the other area schools too and with your help we can….Please send us your info to andy@greensborosports.com and then you are on the map and pass it on….Good to hear from you and let’s get connected at Greensborosports.com……
