The fun-filled weekend will offer three days of cycling and feature some
great Coastal Carolina food, music and festivities. The CNC Spring Ride will

area. With views of the waterfront and cycling routes of varying lengths,
participants will have plenty to do while celebrating the start of a new

cruises, great local restaurants and live entertainment will fill time away
from the bike and provide a taste of spring in Coastal North Carolina.

The Cycle North Carolina Spring bicycle event is a fully supported ride with
support vehicles available to aid cyclists who experience physical or
mechanical breakdowns. Indoor and outdoor camping areas with amenities will
be provided in Washington at the Civic Center and along the waterfront
downtown. Participants will also fill the hotels, Bed and Breakfast Inns and
vacation homes in Washington. The event is expected to generate an economic
impact of more than $500,000 for the Washington area. Cycling routes will
include attractions such as McCotter’s Marina, Goose Creek State Park,
Historic Bath, Acre Station Meat Farm, Belhaven and Aurora Fossil Museum to
name a few.

Evening entertainment will be located at various locations throughout
Washington. Friday night is the official CNC Spring Ride Kick Off Dinner
where all participants can enjoy a free fish and shrimp dinner, catch up
with friends, and meet other cyclists. Dinner, music, and dancing will set
the scene so cyclists can relax and unwind in Washington’s historic
downtown.
