Dave Telep’s Carolina Challenge has become a staple in the basketball community in North Carolina.

In its sixth year, the Carolina Challenge features 80 of the top underclassmen in a one-day camp at Ravenscroft School in Raleigh. The event lasts all day, and it’s free and open to the public.

This year’s Carolina Challenge features five players from the Class of 2013 who are listed on ESPN’s Super 60 – Isaiah Hicks (11), Allerik Freeman/Charlotte Olympic (13), Kennedy Meeks/West Charlotte (32), Greg McClinton/Winston-Salem Prep (36) and Anton Gill/Ravenscroft (44). Two players from the Class of 2014 are listed on ESPN’s Terrific 25 – Theo Pinson/Wesleyan (9) and JaQuel Richmond/Wesleyan (24).
