The exploratory surgery, for N.C. State basketball guard Lorenzo Brown, will be coming up this Tuesday and it will allow the doctors to find out what is causing the pain in Brown’s knee…..Brown averaged nearly 13 points a game for the N.C. State Wolfpack basketball team last season and this off-season preventative work should make him more than ready for next season, in the ACC….
