Where are they now? Will Graves(Dudley HS) at Ben L. Smith High School and headed to Argentina

The first time I saw Will(William) Graves, he was playing in a high school Summer League at the Pyramids Village, now the Greensboro Sportsplex….Will was coming out of Hairston Middle School and headed to James B. Dudley High School, where he was a part of back-to-back NCHSAA Baketball State 3-A Panther Championship teams….

After being named the Gatorade High School Basketball Player of the Year in North Carolina, Will went on to play college ball for the UNC Tar Heels and after college Will has played pro ball all over….

Today Will Graves was at the Ben L. Smith Golden Eagles basketball camp and then next week he is on his way to play pro ball this fall(September-April 2013) in Argentina….

Will said he had a training session planned for later today with his dad Lu Graves in Hillsville…Will still gets some of his best work done during workouts with his dad and while Will has been known for his local game for many years, his dad Lu is probably one of the top talents to ever come through the Adult lunch-time league/games at the Central YMCA downtown….

Will Graves was just passing through Greensboro today and he will be in Argentina and playing pro ball again, later on this month…..

*****Always good to see and shake the hand of Will Graves….*****
