High Point Christian Academy football headed to the playoffs for the first time in school history

Geoffrey Wall scored two TD’s one on a 80 Kickoff return to start 2nd half and the first one on a 30 run from scrimmage to start the game. Then Quentin Chavis threw a 40 yard strike to Rick Mack for the second TD and then Chavis threw another strike to Malik Streater for a 55 yd TD and the route was on. Chavis ended up 6 for 8/136 yds and 2 TD’s. It was 41 to 0 at the half. Tristan Gilmore scored on a run, David Highsmith recovered a fumble in the endzone for a TD and Ridge Boykin scored a TD as well to finish the scoring.

The final HPCA home game will be Friday the 26th which we will see 4 seniors play there last home game. Quentin Chavis, Rockill Brown, Brica Patrick, and Logan Norris….Then they will go into the playoffs for the first time in school history.
