In the girls game Williams played good defense and slowed the game up and would hold the lead until the 3rd quarter when Eastern turned up the defense and would get some easy baskets. Callie Patterson led Eastern with 9 points and Erica Oelerich added 8 points and 10 rebounds. Connor Hussey led Williams with 14 points and Daysia Scott added 11 points.

The guys game wasn’t close as Eastern came out and scored at will it seemed and after 1 quarter had a 20-6 lead. Leading the Wildcats was DJ Caudle scoring 19 points and Caleb Robinson added 15 points and 8 boards. Also scoring in double digits was Reynardo Goodman with 12 points and Quayson Williams with 10. Kelley led the Bulldogs with 14 points while Moore and Bigelow chipped in 10 a piece. Next up for the Wildcats will be at Morehead on January 8th.
