Pride baseball players James Feldmann and Aaron Navarro were recognized by the USA South on Wednesday. Feldmann was the lone Greensboro player to receive All-Conference honors, while Navarro was named to the All-Sportsmanship Team.
A Second Team honoree, Feldmann led The Pride in batting average at .351, a mark that ranked seventh in the conference. He also placed tenth in the USA South in RBI, with a team leading 25. Feldmann finished the year with ten doubles and two home runs.
While starting 34 games, the majority at second base, the sophomore from Danville, VA had a fielding percentage of .954, with 112 put outs and 13 double plays.
Navarro, a senior from Loxahatehee, FL, respresented Greensboro on the All-Sportsmanship Team after hitting .288 with four RBI and eight runs scored in 20 appearances.
