New baseball coach at East Forsyth HS coming in with a record of 421-80 and a State 3-A Title

New East Forsyth High School baseball coach Jim Hyatt is coming into the Piedmont Triad 4-A Conference, and his new spot with the Eagles, with a 421-80 record, during his 20 years as a high-school coach, including 19 of the 20 spent at West Henderson, where he won the NCHSAA State 3-A Title, back in 1992….Allen Plaster has stepped down as the head baseball man at East, after eight years in that capacity, to become the Athletic Director at East Forsyth High School….

Jim Hyatt will now try it at East and he has tried it before and had a lot of success, as the 420 wins will typify….Now Hyatt will have Glenn, Northwest Guilford, Southwest Guilford, Ragsdale and High Point Central on his heels and with WS Parkland leaving the PTC, there will be no slow ponies in this race in 2014…..
