Soccer Wednesday September 25, with the Randolph College Wildcats at Guilford College to battle the Quakers….

Carter Smith, (Grimsley ’10), coming to town tomorrow, Wednesday the 25th, to open their ODAC conference play against the Guilford College Quakers. Randolph is entering the conference season with a record of 5-0-1. The Cat’s have been playing sound soccer this season and are looking to duplicate their 2011 season when they advanced to the NCAA Sweet Sixteen round.

Carter, a Senior goalkeeper, has only allowed 4 goals in their 6 matches so far this season. We are looking for some or our local folks(Grimsley it is your time to step up/step out) to come out and see our local kid and his Wildcats team battle the Quakers. Its always a great match between these two teams.

Smith and the ‘Cats highly recommend the Texas Inn Chili food up in Lynchburg, Virginia, so if you are ever up that way, be sure to stop in….
